Client Experience Manager Job at Property Turkey

Job Title: Client Experience Manager.

Location: Şişli, Istanbul.

Full-time: Salary + Commission.

The Role:

You sit at the centre of our sales, lettings, management, legal, and construction teams, and own the client's journey end to end. Rather than waiting for clients to shout, you go to them: working our existing database and market proactively, understanding what each client needs next – buy, sell, rent, develop, manage – and pulling the right department in to deliver it. You are the single point of continuity a client keeps for years, and the person who makes sure no one is forgotten after completion.

What You'll Do:

- Own client relationships across departments; ensure every enquiry, transaction, and aftercare item lands with the right team and is closed out.

- Run structured outreach to our existing owner and buyer database – check-ins, service offers, portfolio reviews, reactivation.

- Identify cross-sell and repeat-business opportunities (a buyer who needs letting management, an owner ready to sell, a landlord ready to reinvest).

- Keep CRM records accurate and current; track every journey through to completion.

- Flag bottlenecks between departments and chase them to resolution.

- Report weekly on pipeline, outreach activity, and client satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

- Native or near-native Turkish and English, spoken and written.

- Articulate and confident on the phone, on video, and in person with high-net-worth international clients.

- Strong systems and IT skills – comfortable living inside a CRM and learning new tools quickly.

- Background in customer care, hospitality, private client, or account management.

- Mature, experienced, well organised, and able to hold multiple departments to account without authority over them.

- Real estate experience a bonus, not a requirement.

Package:

Competitive base salary plus commission on business generated and retained. Long-term role with a group operating in Turkey since 2001.
