The property is designed as a spacious main house and a separate guest house
Literally from every single room you can expect to see superb views over the sea and surrounding areas. There are 4 double bedrooms in total. The main house is home to 2 en-suite bedrooms – each having access to their own terraces to enjoy the magnificent views toward the bay. There is a spacious living room leading onto a luxury kitchen and dining area found in the main house.
The villa benefits from a separate guest house with further 2 en-suite bedrooms, a smaller living room and kitchen. Access to the guest house is separate for added privacy yet the lay-out of the gardens and swimming pool area ensure harmony and unity for friends and family enjoying their holidays together.
On the main pool terrace, there is a large swimming pool to enjoy year round. The pool overlooks the Mediterranean, the harbour and beyond. Mature gardens and several decking areas surround the grounds and give a lovely feeling to it. Lower down, there is a second large terrace with a barbecue area that overlooks Kalkan Harbour, an infinity hot tub with room for up to eight people to enjoy and sun loungers around it. A third lower terrace provides covered seating area for mid-day relaxation.
A private gate on your property leads all the way down to one of Kalkan’s most prestigious and premier beach clubs.
Komurluk area is most sought after for a good reason. It is walking distance to Kalkan centre and its lively harbour area. Views from Komurluk are arguably some of the best to be found in Kalkan with sea, island as well as town and harbour views.
