This project is the result of a privately held architecture competition, and has been designed by Torti Gallas and Partners – winner of more than 400 international and national awards for design and quality; to put it simply, the project offers one of the best designs you will find throughout the world.
About the project and properties
Constructed on a huge 100,000m2 plot of land, the project cost a staggering 100 million dollars to build and has three things that make it stand out amongst the rest: brand, location, and facilities.
The project is to be completed in January 2019 and you will find 500 properties in total, ranging from simplex and duplex apartments, to large villas and townhouses in many different types and sizes – all designed to perfection using state-of-the-art real estate techniques.
