This project is the result of a privately held architecture competition, and has been designed by Torti Gallas and Partners – winner of more than 400 international and national awards for design and quality; to put it simply, the project offers one of the best designs you will find throughout the world.

About the project and properties

Constructed on a huge 100,000m2 plot of land, the project cost a staggering 100 million dollars to build and has three things that make it stand out amongst the rest: brand, location, and facilities. The project is to be completed in Summer 2020 and you will find 500 properties in total, ranging from simplex and duplex apartments, to large villas and townhouses in many different types and sizes – all designed to perfection using state-of-the-art real estate techniques. Homes range from 88m2 – 434m2 depending on type and number of bedrooms.

The homes and development have been constructed using a unique foldhome concept, first seen to the world to huge success by the developer in Istanbul – now they are bringing it to Bodrum; first time you will see this concept in Bodrum.
