Entrance floor
Entering to the spacious home, there are two large sized living rooms – designed as one for summer, and one for winter; both living rooms have separate access to the beach and island side. The beach side entrance leads down to the garden area and terrace. There is also a shower room, dressing room, and bathroom located on this floor. The kitchen and dining area is luxury and big enough for any professional cook to have their day in the kitchen, while frosted glass sliding doors lead from the kitchen to the dining area.
In between the entrance floor and the first floor, there is a little section that could be used as an additional room. Perhaps ideal as a storage room or laundry room.
First floor
On this floor is where you will find the second living room – this is the winter living room and has a lovely fireplace and large windows with full sea view. The main entrance to the island side of the villa is found here. There is a study area on this floor and gallery. There is also a guest bedroom and a bathroom on this floor.
Second floor
Up stairs to the second floor is where a large master bedroom is found, complete with an en-suite bathroom and lovely full sea views. This floor has been designed to capitalise on superb views throughout, and enjoy lots of space. There are two other bedrooms on this floor and each of them has their own en-suite bathroom as well as sea views stretching all the way to Fethiye Town.
The property offers superb sea views from every room within the home and comes with air conditioning and central heating already installed.
Outside area
Outside there are nicely kept gardens and a beach literally less than 50 steps away from you. The villa enjoys access to a jetty meaning that anyone with a boat or yacht can almost park it in their garden and be sailing the Gulf of Fethiye within moments of leaving their property.
The garden is lovely and green, boasting trees and other plants, and also has an automatic watering system in place.
Sovalye Island
Known as Knights Island, this island is just a short 5 minute boat ride away from Fethiye’s marina and is known as a hidden paradise and home to an exclusive number of private villas and mansions.
