The Villas

There are two types of villa designs distinguishable as Villa A and Villa B all of which offer 5 bedrooms with 4 en suite bathrooms.

Villa B

Villa B offers a large entrance hall with a cloakroom and WC. The Area

These villas are set in Kiziltas, Kalkan and sport by far the best panoramic views of any property in this area. Kiziltas is a popular area which faces south and is at the top of Kalkan bay. It is possible to walk into Kalkan however be prepared for the steep elevation on the way back! The quaint cobbled streets lead to the harbour where the yachts are lined up ready for the tourist trips to Mouse and Snake Islands.

Kalkan is a small village with a hugely welcoming ambience and it is easy to see why so many have already relocated and call this place home. Kalkan benefits from a warm climate all year round and averages 300 days of sunshine.
