Found in an elevated position, there are superb views of the Bay and sea on offer throughout the home. You can literally feel the breeze from the water hitting your face as you lounge on one of the large balconies watching the sunset or just reading a book in peace.
About the villa
Set over three floors, each floor within the villa enjoys striking panoramic views across the ocean, while inside, the home is very large and open with lots of spacious areas for family evenings together.
The downstairs is open plan in design, and leaving lots of windows to capitalise on the natural light. The fully equipped and large kitchen features a breakfast bar and opens onto a dining area and living room, which in turn opens out onto the poolside area. There is a bedroom and guest bathroom on the ground level.
In total, there are five bedrooms and four bathrooms inside the house, including a master bedroom with shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. All bathrooms are finished in marble. Some of the rooms enjoy private balconies and terraces with stunning views.
Rooftop terrace
There is a huge terrace on the roof that could be an ideal spot for barbecues with the family or to simply relax and enjoy some of the best sea views on offer in the region. The terrace has more than enough room for a small party of people to gather.
Garden and external details
Outside, there is a large garden with private swimming pool where you can bask under the direct sunlight for hours on end. There is lots of decking and space for sunbathing with friends and family. A sun terrace offers some shade to escape from the heat, while a stone barbecue is found off the kitchen area. Off street parking is available for those with cars.

The villa is found in a very peaceful and quiet area within Kalkan, offering you a very tranquil lifestyle – perfect for those who like to relax and enjoy the good life. The more busy and frenetic Kalkan Town is just a 5 minute drive away – giving you the best of both worlds right at your fingertips. All local restaurants, bars, and shops are also just a couple minutes walking distance away, giving you all you need for your daily living needs, while the nearest beach area can also be reached in a short walk in the sun.
