The design is so funky that it has won numerous awards. Located directly above Turkbuku Bay, the surrounding views are simply idyllic. From your garden and terraces you can expect panoramic views over Turkbuku and spectacular views throughout.
The property is arranged as a spacious 2 bedroom main house and an additional 2 bedroom guest house below the pool area. It is almost like a separate section within the house that provides bedroom privacy. It comes complete with a large dressing room, Jacuzzi bathroom and a large roof terrace accessed from within the master bedroom.
The second bedroom (with its en-suite) is currently used as a study and a separate reception. It has amazing views of Turkbuku Bay.
Below the pool level is the guest house with its private little garden and terrace. The guest house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a small kitchen. There are also extensive storage units and depots underneath the main house that can be incorporated as additional guest houses and/or caretaker home if so desired.
The garden is deliberately 'wild' and not manicured. There are plenty of indigenous plants and trees that provide shade and the wild look.

The Exploded House is not your ordinary spacious mansion built on a secluded plot. Indeed it is secluded and very private, however, the house itself is 'funky' and designed more like an artists gallery. The main house is in fact 3 separate structures connected via internal bridges although that would not be obvious to a non-architect visitor. Construction is stone, flat-faced concrete and steel frames that support the cooler pool built in the roof of the main house. Overall, this is an exceptional house that would suit a buyer looking to impress and entertain.
