The island is very close to the mainland, only about a 7 minute boat ride to the Fethiye marina and a 5 minute boat ride to Calis Beach. The house is so close, you could even take a 30 minute swim over to the mainland.
Set directly in front of the water, this villa has a front row seat to an excellent mooring spot. It's possible to moor a boat throughout the year here and the nice calm sea on the quieter side of the island makes this area as close to perfect as possible.
The villa measures 400 sqm and the plot is almost 500sqm. It's spread over three floors including an add-on basement that is a great spot for sports or entertainment.
The ground floor greets you by a large living area that has an open plan leading to the kitchen and dining room. This level opens up right to the ocean with only taking a few steps away from the house.
Two en-suite bedrooms also are on this level and have the same easy access to the ocean from their balconies.
Moving up stairs you will find a landing area with a glass front opening to the ocean views and two more bedrooms. There is one on each side of the landing area. This landing area could work as a relaxation room or coffee lounge.
The top floor is where the master bedroom is located with it's own private sun balcony.
