A modern family home, the villa opens into a spacious living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and offset large lounge. Doors from the living room open out to the garden and terrace area.
There are four spacious bedrooms located within the home, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom attached. Some of the rooms have access to private balconies with breath taking views heading down towards the sea.
For relaxing, a Turkish bath is located in the basement, and there is also a fully equipped fitness room for those looking to work on their physique while in Kas. The villa has been kept in pristine condition, and is ready to occupy immediately.

The villa is found in a small, but well presented garden – offering a dining table and chairs for family meals and relaxing in the 300 days of sunshine you will find in Kas. Central to the garden is a private swimming pool for cooling off or indulging in a swim at a moments notice.
