About the villa
As you enter the house, you will notice the open plan modern interior layout consisting of the living room and fully equipped kitchen with corian worktops and branded appliances. Marble flooring has been used throughout, while the villa is also listed as part furnished with soft furniture included. A solar power system is in place for water heating.
Upstairs on the first floor, there are two sea-facing bedrooms. Both bedrooms are en-suite rooms and are equipped with air-conditioning units. The rooms could easily sleep two persons each comfortably.
