Once completed this bridge is set to be the world’s longest combination of motorway and Railway Bridge and the eighth longest suspension bridge with estimates suggesting that it will cater for 135,000 vehicles crossing daily. 

First impression of this construction can only be described as impressive, with the two huge pillars which stand on the European side of the Bosporus, and the other side an exact replica. On the other side, there are two more pillars, which are exactly the same height. If history is to repeat itself it will not be long after the bridge is finished and the development will really start in the area, pushing demand and prices up therefore this is the perfect time to take advantage of a plot of land before the prices have escalated.

The bridge will be part of Istanbul's main transport networks opening up this part of the Bosporus to development opportunities in the future.
