A stone’s throw away from the marina and offering some sea views, the cottage is fully furnished and somewhat rustic with lots of privacy attained throughout.
Ground floor
Entering into a large living room/dining area, the ground floor is spaced around a nice central fireplace which makes for the perfect settings for a family night or evening with friends. Off the living room there is a modern kitchen area completely furnished with modern equipment and utensils, as well as a nice sized pantry. There is a bathroom on this floor and a laundry room and a nice en-suite bedroom which could possibly be used as a maids room.
First floor
Up to the first floor you will find two double sized bedrooms – these rooms share a large family bathroom and have access to balconies with views over the outside surrounding areas and partial sea views.
All rooms inside the cottage are equipped with air conditioning and the windows are double glazed.
Garden area
Out to the garden area is where you will find a large private swimming pool spaced around lots of seating and relaxing areas – there is plenty of room to enjoy sunbathing or shaded areas to escape the weather and relax.
Within the garden there is a separate one bedroom guest suite complete with its own terrace.
