This is a designer project consisting of 11 villas in total. Constructed on a plot measuring 7,000m2, each house enjoys an abundance of privacy and supreme views heading out to the sea and close proximity to the marina. These properties are completed in 2018 to 5-star standards and there are four types to choose from. Facilities and features within the complex include:

Type 1: This villa is a duplex property measuring 408m2 and features two living rooms inside. Six bedrooms and seven bathrooms provide room for the largest of families to live in Turkey. Completing the house is a laundry room and play room. Outside is a huge garden with private swimming pool.
Type 2: These villas are built over one floor for easy access and offer 258m2 of internal living space. Three large bedrooms and three bathrooms are suitable for family living in Turkey. The kitchen is equipped with branded white goods, while the living room is overly spacious. Outside is a garden and private pool.
Type 3: Spacious bungalow style villas measuring 250m2 internally with open plan modern layouts. These properties offer three bedrooms and three bathrooms. A large living room moves swiftly off to a fully fitted branded kitchen. A private garden is ideal for relaxing outside and has a swimming pool.
Type 4: Designer bungalow style homes built over one floor, suitable for permanently living or retiring to luxury settings in Bodrum. These offer 240m2 of space inside with three bedrooms and three fully equipped bathrooms. Kitchens have white goods included. Outside, a private swimming pool and garden are ideal for relaxing.

Tucked away in a peaceful residential area of Bodrum, these villas are situated between Yalikavak and Gundogan and have vistas out towards both bays depending on location within the project. Family necessities including weekly supermarkets, international restaurants, and branded shopping stores are all within close proximity for a high quality of life in Turkey. Five minutes is all it takes to reach the nearest beach, while the marina is also close by for sailing and enjoying some of the most scenic views.
