About the project

About the villa

Constructed using blended stone and wood to create an aesthetically pleasing home, the villa has been built using completely natural materials and saves energy including 30% on heat by using a VRV system. The home also boasts a smart system allowing you to control aspects of your house via your smartphone or the touch of a button.

The entrance opens into huge living room with offset dining space and kitchen with breakfast bar. A master bedroom on the entrance floor has a private en-suite bathroom, while there is also a family bathroom on this level. Doors open from the lounge and kitchen to a wooden terrace and swimming pool.

The first floor is home to three further bedrooms, each one a master sized room with its own en-suite private bathroom. The largest bedroom has a private balcony with lovely view, while the other two rooms have access to a shared balcony with tremendous view across natural surroundings.

Downstairs, the basement level could be used as either a games room with home gym and entertainment area, or could easily be converted into two further bedrooms should you need the extra space.

External staff room

Within the gardens there is a 30m2 private studio room ideal for use as a staff room or as a guest house for friends and family who visit. The studio has a large bedroom, kitchenette, and bathroom attached. It has its own entrance.

Garden and external details

Outside, a large wooden deck has ample space for sunbathing and relaxing during the year round hot weather in Bodrum. At the centre of the deck is a private swimming pool for cooling off of unwinding. Surrounding the pool and deck is a landscaped garden ideal for inviting friends over for a barbecue. The garden is easy to maintain and is planted with pretty shrubs and trees. Parking is available for up to three vehicles at any one time.
