The villa has it's own swimming pool and takes full advantages of the great views thanks to its modern contemporary design in an elevated position. The complex is set over 25 villas and is fully secured with 24-hour security and a reception for convenience. There are well manicured gardens all along the complex, where you can relax with a book or simply enjoy the sunshine.
The villa offers 4 bedrooms, two of which are en-suite and 4 bathrooms. The open plan living room with its superb panoramic views joins up to the stylish swimming pool when large glass panels open toward the garden. The kitchen is funky and modern with luxury trimmings. Dining area is also panoramic. Bedrooms are downstairs, however, they have their own gardens and stunning sea views.

The magnificent waters of Yalikavak are a highly desirable destination and are considered the upper class beaches of the Bordrum peninsula. The famous windmills are located here as well. With the opening of the new Palmarina Bodrum, there is a new boost of trendy life setting in already. As evidenced by the mega-yachts, excellent restaurants and trendy shops within the marina complex, Yalikavak is most certainly going places. Land prices are increasing, which soon will translate to steep increases in property prices. From lifestyle and investment viewpoints, we highly recommend the area.
