About the project

The project is to be completed in December 2016 to outstanding quality and features six detached duplex villas set within specially landscaped gardens enriched by nature and various Yalikavak flowers.

The project has been designed to allow each villa the best possible views across the ocean and beyond, and there are no shared areas between the villas; each property is fully equipped and stands on its own land with own pool and garden, assuring lots of privacy when at home.

The project has been designed to cater towards those looking for year round living accommodation, and 24 hour security is provided along with camera and surveillance systems making you feel safe at all times.

About the villas

Each villa has been named after a flower; such is the beauty of the design and quality of the home interior. Inside, you will find a modern layout with open plan design and feature kitchen moving swiftly off to a lovely living room. The living has floor to ceiling windows, inviting the sea views into the heart of your property.

All bedrooms are overly spacious and accommodating, providing private areas for everyone to have private space and a place to call their own. Bathrooms are of the highest quality and fitted accordingly.

Garden and external details

Each property is set within a large plot measuring 1,000m2 with easy to maintain landscaped garden and beautiful settings for days spent outside during the 300 days of sunshine you will find in Bodrum.

Properties are gifted private swimming pools overlooking the sea, and spacious decking and terrace areas to relax and sunbathe. There is ample room for dining outside in the evenings or inviting friends over for a barbecue.
