About the villa
Constructed to contemporary Turkish design and style, the villa has stone cladding and a slate roof and is very spacious inside with lots of light bursting through large windows to create a bright and breezy interior.
A luxury kitchen is fitted with everything imaginable for cooking family meals and enjoying dinners together, while off the kitchen is a dining area and living room area with access to the terrace and pool area.
There are four bedrooms inside, three double rooms and one twin bedroom. Bedrooms have access to a balcony with incredible views across the Mediterranean Sea just moments away from your house. Air-conditioning units have been installed in all rooms of the home.

The unique appeal of Kas is that it has retained that authentic charm with lots of unspoilt natural views and panoramas. From Kas, you can undertake in lots of popular day trips, including the famous and ancient Lycian cities and historical sites such as: Saklikent, Tlos, Patara, and Xanthos – just a few of the popular spots within easy reachable distances from Kas.
