From our experience of the area, we can categorically suggest that these are some of the most attractive villas ever built in Ovacik, Fethiye.  They are suitable for year round living due to their proximity to town centre and Fethiye and certainly ideal holiday homes.  Rental potential is in the region of 7.5%pa, which is exceptionally high.
