Dear Cameron and Property Turkey Team,

This is just a quick note to express our gratitude to team Property Turkey for the support, advice and guidance to invest in the right property in Istanbul.

When we first embarked on the process, we had heard so many horror stories about estate agencies from both friends and the press. We were frankly very dubious about the whole business. It was therefore a huge relief to both of us when we found an estate agency we felt we could trust completely and who really had our best interests at heart.

Throughout the entire time, we felt that your team of wonderful professionals worked really hard to get the right project and the best deal for us. They managed to find a spot on a steady stream of viewings in what is currently one of the competitive periods in property sales – an achievement in itself. The team coordinated efficiently and always kept us fully informed in what was going on and gave us really useful guidance at every level.

It all went amazingly smooth from start to finish, and lucky for us in a relatively short space of time (just four days). I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to everybody in your team through this email who supported my husband and me. I would like to thank them for their tremendous work ethic and professionalism with a personal touch.

To begin with, thank you for your patience and perseverance in providing information and answering all our queries and ensuring Property Turkey surpassed every agency on our list of shortlisted companies. Also, thank you for your coordination in arrangements for our meetings with all relevant people and ensuring smooth logistics for our movement during our time in Turkey. From the outset you were confident you ''knew your market'' and you indeed delivered what you promised remarkably quickly. Farouque and I both question whether we would have actually achieved this completion had you not been pushing things along at your end as you did throughout the last six months!

Next I would like to express my appreciation towards Firas, I enjoyed viewing properties with him. I dearly appreciate that he understood our need and requirements well and took me to appropriate projects that helped my husband and I make our decision. We were upset that he was leaving for a vacation in Cape Town the next day, but not without ensuring to have the best person, Emir Maciti, behind to close the deal for us.

Both of us are so thankful to have Emir as our advisor. The sale process was much shorter than we expected. We are happy to finally have reserved our property with him. We really appreciate the time he spent with us. It feels like a miracle! Thank you for getting it sealed. Your perseverance and professionalism in advising us worked! We are impressed by your patience and understanding.

Next we would like to express our gratitude and appreciation towards Adv. Ibrahim. Thank you so much for helping us make it across the finish line. Honestly, without your assurance and answers to our legal issues, we would have never gone ahead in closing the deal. You really are the consummate professional, who is knowledgeable, congenial and superb in providing answers! As far as lawyers are concerned, you are in a league of your own.

Last but not the least, Saleh, our facilitator on our last day in Istanbul. It was an absolute pleasure to experience your honest, straightforward, upbeat and charming personality throughout the entire drive and time until we reached the airport.

It has been a great experience to have Property Turkey as our agency. Your level of customer service is exceptional. We have felt looked after, and as if the future matter is in capable hands. We perceive you more as a property ''matchmaker'' – marrying properties to buyers. By knowing the needs / wants of all parties and communicating clearly with all, there has been a happy outcome.
