Hope this finds you well.
It gives me immense joy to inform you that yesterday I received the Title Deed for the apartment I purchased recently in Istanbul through Property Turkey.
As you know, the last few weeks were really tense as the deadline for the $250K Turkish Citizenship limit was drawing closer and all your resources were clearly stretched due to the heavy workload.
During this process I had very close interactions with people from PT and its Associate Lawyers. I am happy to report that I found them extremely helpful, professional, and hard working. Mr. Halil took me on a property tour during my brief stay in Istanbul and he proved to be not just a good property consultant, but also an eloquent guide on Turkey and its people, culture and food. Mr. Ibrahim Aslan, I must say is a great lawyer, an expert in his field besides being totally professional in his conduct.
However, if there is one person who made this entire deal possible in the shortest period of time and with great ease, it has to be Shaheer Hassan. He left a huge impression on my mind during this entire period. The young man has earned my respect because of his dedication, hard work, and commitment to his work and towards his customers. He would patiently answer my calls, invariably respond to my messages no matter what hour of the day it was, and often listen calmly to my frustrations and rants. He has a mature head on his young shoulders and his customer behaviour is way ahead of his age. He is not just very knowledgeable about the property market in Turkey and the governmental procedures involved, but he also is gifted with excellent communication skills.
The values and work ethic that you have instilled in these young men and women shows the thorough professionalism at work in PT, and I would like to place on record my thanks to you and your leadership team for creating a world class service company. I would happily recommend PT as a first choice to anyone interested in buying property in Turkey.
