Before we came to Turkey, my sister planned to complete the purchase through Chinese agents. It seemed like the obvious choice because we spoke the same language, they felt familiar, they arranged a home for us to stay in, drove us everywhere, and had been recommended by a good friend. At that time, it felt almost certain that we would buy through them.
However, I insisted that we should also speak with a local property company that could give us independent and professional advice. That is how I found you and Property Turkey.
Honestly, my English is not very strong, but you explained everything so clearly and patiently. In the end, you helped us understand who we could trust and who was truly professional.
For me, this feels like a small miracle. My sister is a very cautious and conservative person, and one of her close friends had previously told her that a Turkish property agent had cheated her. Because of this experience, earning my sister’s trust was never going to be easy. However, together, we managed to overcome all her concerns.
I truly hope I can work with you and Property Turkey again in the future. I will also do my best to introduce more serious Chinese clients who are interested in overseas property investment and obtaining a second passport.
