Ground floor

The ground floor entrance hall opens out into a large dining and seating area with recently renovated original stone walls and a high beamed ceiling. There is a separate kitchen and breakfast room complete with fitted units, granite worktops, and all utensils in place. 

There is a large lounge area which could be used as a fourth bedroom if wanted, while storage facilities are found under the stairs, as well as a Turkish balcony and landing. Completing this level is a shower room. 

From the dining area you can exit the property via sliding patio doors to a spacious travertine terrace overlooking the poolside area and garden. 

First floor

On the first floor you will find three large bedrooms, the main room complete with an en-suite luxury bathroom, while there is also a separate family bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy lovely views over the surrounding areas and nature. 

All rooms feature a newly laid wooden floor, along with fitted wardrobes and shelves, as well as air-conditioning and storage draws. 

Within the home there is a landline, telephone, two Internet routers and solar panels for year round hot water already installed.

External details and garden

The property is entered via a stone archway with wooden gates leading to a stone path which takes you all the way up to your front door. Surrounding the home is a large mature wall giving a sense of privacy. 

Central to the garden is a spacious private swimming pool measuring 6mx4m, with travertine terrace giving you lots of room for sunbathing and relaxing in the shade, it would also be possible to indulge in a summer barbecue at a moments notice.
