Faralya is a stunning remote village that nestles in the mountains about 15km from the coast of Oludeniz. It is the perfect destination to escape to and relax in the unspoilt surroundings of this natural environment. Faralya is not overdeveloped; there are no restaurants, pubs or night clubs. There are just a few small grocery stores. There are no large hotels or developments, just a couple of small hotels and camp – sites.
Faralya has a very limited building allowance therefore there is a guarantee that this destination will always retain its charm and exclusivity with no mass developments or influx of holiday makers.
Until about 15 years ago Faralya was totally inaccessible via roads and it was a treacherous mountain trek that took about 9 hours. However even with the road from Oludeniz completed it is still not for the faint hearted, as the 20 minute dolmus (minibus) ride along the mountain road with many hairpin bends and sheer cliff drops! However, as soon as you have experienced Faralya any thoughts of the journey immediately disappear as you marvel in the sheer beauty and delight that is this hidden gem in the Mediterranean coast.
Things to do
There is no doubt that there is little to do in Faralya apart from relaxing on the fabulous deserted beaches, swimming, admiring the breath taking scenery or hiking, Faralya is on the Lycian way trekking route.
Oludeniz is about 20 minutes via public transport and this is available on a timetable each day.

Living / Investing
Property in Turkey is being snapped up by foreign investors in accordance with the government figures from April 2012 – May 2013 more than 12,000 non residential investors had purchased property in Turkey. The majority of these purchasers were Russian, German or English.
The government is backing a huge tourism campaign to ensure that there is increased revenue in this area. They are also looking to make property purchase to foreigners a much simpler and easy process.
The Turkish economy is very stable with a strong banking system with Turkey outstripping most of the European member countries and this is just another reason for Turkeys appeal.
Investing in Turkey clearly has a multitude of benefits with Turkey being amongst the top list of must do investment areas, with economists urging people not to leave it too long or they risk missing out on the investment opportunities altogether. The value of property in Turkey experienced the third highest property growth in the world, above the likes of the strident Hong Kong market.
This particular property has so many outstanding features that it is ideal for both investment or as a luxury retreat, as such this property will also rise considerably in regards to value due to there being little land in the area that has such spectacular views or anything that can offer anywhere near as much as this magnificent home does.
Note - land cost is not included in the price
