Toscana mansion
A Toscana style designed mansion provides the main living areas for the owners of the property. This space is situated within a plot measuring 5,500m2 and privacy is guaranteed with vast landscaped gardens and space for spending quality time outside. There is land suitable for building a tennis court or helicopter zone if wanted.
Chalet house
A chalet style house is situated within a plot measuring 610m2 in total and is a large stone built building in a Toscana style. This property has nine rooms inside, along with four large bathrooms and a sauna. A 45m2 terrace has spectacular views out across the surrounding nature and scenery.
Guesthouse property
A spacious guesthouse offers nine suites. Each suite measures 60m2 and enters via a hallway into a bedroom and offset bathroom. All suites have balconies and electric meters installed, making them easy to rent out.
