Ground floor

As you enter the house on the entrance floor, there is a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has cream marble worktops, wooden cupboards for storage, and is furnished with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob extractor, water dispenser, and much more. There is a table with room for up to six people to eat together comfortably. Patio doors open to the rear of the home where you will find a built-in barbecue. The living room is home to a feature stone fireplace and is a great spot to wind down the day with loved ones.

First floor

Stairs lead up to the first floor of the house where you will find three bedrooms. One of the rooms is a master with WC, super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table, and huge balcony overlooking the sea and mountains. The second bedroom is a penthouse room with king size bed, wardrobes, and dressing table. There is an adjoining bathroom with overhead shower. This room opens to a large roof terrace where you will find a cushioned stone seating area with panoramic view across Kalamar Bay and Taurus Mountains. The third bedroom is a twin room with en-suite bathroom and relaxing views of the olive trees at the rear of the home.

Self-contained apartment

Downstairs on the ground floor is a fourth bedroom. This self-contained apartment style room is the perfect opportunity for friends and family to visit you in Turkey, or for adult children to use as an independent spot for themselves. This room has a small salon and diner area, a fitted kitchen, and sleeping area – opening to the poolside.

Garden and external details

Set within a spacious garden, outside there is a built-in barbecue area for summer moments with friends and family, tables and seating areas for alfresco dining, and a swimming pool with eight sunbeds and three umbrellas.

Location in Kalkan
