The flat has been meticulously looked after by the current owners and was refurbished as recently as summer 2016 to modern standards and is located on the ground floor for easy access and exit. There is a large living room with offset fully equipped kitchen. The living room is ideal for spending time together at the end of the day.
Two spacious bedrooms provide room for a family of four to easily occupy the property at any one time. A large shower room is fitted with a brand new powerful shower. The apartment is air-conditioned throughout and boasts two spacious balconies for relaxing in privacy.
