FACILITIES & LOCATION

This is a small and exclusive project consisting of just two luxury designed villas in total, each one positioned to maintain a high level of privacy to one another, and each one enjoying a remarkable view across the coast of Gocek.

Ground floor

Built over three floors, the ground floor of the villa opens via a hallway and cloakroom and features a large open plan living room and offset fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has high quality branded appliances while the dining area has room for everyone to eat comfortably. The living room is relaxing, and both the lounge and kitchen area feature double sliding doors accessing the garden and pool.

First floor

Upstairs on the first floor there are two master bedrooms, both rooms are larger than normal and can sleep multiple persons with ease. Both bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms attached and access to private balconies enjoying a lovely and peaceful view heading down towards the sea and surrounding nature.

Attic floor

The attic floor hosts two further bedrooms, both double in size and both equipped with private balconies with stunning views. These two rooms share access to a family bathroom with walk-in shower. Property features include: under floor heating throughout the home, marble flooring in all rooms, modern security system installed, air-conditioning units in place, and lots more.

Garden and external details

Spacious and private gardens provide ample room outside for relaxing and spending time with loved ones at home. Easy to maintain and landscaped gardens offer greenery and room to sunbathe, while central to the garden is a private swimming pool with separate offset pool for children. At the front of the house, a parking space allows you to park your vehicle overnight. A gated entrance makes it easy to enter and leave.
