Upon entering the grounds you will enter a secure electronic gate and park in the large driveway, large enough for several cars.
Ground Floor:
A detail front door welcomes you to the entrance hall of this house and on this level there is a cloakroom, utility room and storage room. There is a large lounge, along with a completely furnished kitchen and dining area. There is also a wood burner and spacious terrace with views of the private pool.
First Floor:
A nice large loft greets you at the top of the steps here and then leads to 3 bedrooms. The first two are double bedrooms each with their own balcony, and a shared bathroom. The master bedroom is also located on this level with an en-suite, walk-in wardrobe, and walk-in shower as well.
Guest House:
There is a wonderful separate guesthouse on this property, perfect for any visitor. Completed with a double bedroom, kitchenette, and en-suite bathroom.
The property offers more than just a nice house as it's built on a large plot offering a beautiful garden. The garden has a plethora of vegetables, fruits and herbs for you to enjoy. Nectarine, walnuts, apricots and an apple trees are here just to name a few. There is an equipment storage room, water storage tank and nicely manicured lawned area adorned with a fountain.
The location of this property is in the nice and quite village of Kayakoy, which was a farming Greek village. With this still reminiscent in the area, you can see some Greek influence remains dotted along the village on the short walk it takes to get there. In the village are shops, restaurants, and a local bakery.
