About the villa

The villa is situated over three floors and is decorated mostly in calm, white-beige tones to go with summer vibes. Some rooms have wooden floors, other tiled. The house is sold furnished with four bedrooms, two living rooms, one large kitchen and one small one, as well as five complete bathrooms (one in each room and a sauna) and a toilet room.

The main kitchen is joined with the main living room and dining area, forming a large open area with access to the pool. The living room features a large sofa to watch TV and door-sized windows to enjoy the views out towards the mountain landscape and pool. The kitchen contains all you need, it is spacious, fully equipped and has a fridge.

All bedrooms have a large bed, wardrobe, bathroom; the master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and an area for work. The rooms on the second floor contain balconies, whereas the room on the first floor has a direct access to the pool area, it also contains a sofa that can unfold in case of needing added bed space. Every room is fitted with air-conditioning.

The zero-floor kitchen is smaller and is also joined with a second living room, that can be used for either dining events or for Jacuzzi parties as there is a 3-people hot-tub as well as a sauna that can fit up to eight people comfortably. There are two storage areas in the house, one under the roof and one in the basement.

Separate maid’s room

The house also contains a separate maid's room that can only be accessed from the outside. This room can be used either as a space for a maid or for use for guests who might come to visit you in Turkey.

Garden and exterior

The garden is composed of two levels. There is the pool level that is joined directly to the house, providing a pool area and a zone for barbecues, sunbathing (sunbeds are included) and simply enjoying the vibrant weather of Turkey. The pool is 1.6 metres deep.

The lower level, joined to the pool by stairs, has a large garden, pleasant for sports and spacious for any other activities with children, friends and family. It has palms and orange trees and there is space for more if wanted. There is also an outdoors table set that can be used for lunches and dining outside.

The entrance side of the house has a long drive that can park vehicles, while there is also a space just outside the villa, and this space is closed by a gate.

Location in Kemer

The property is located in the Arslanbucak area of Kemer. It is close to all necessary infrastructure and amenities. There is a school and playground within 200 metres, and a supermarket within a 5 minute walk.

A large bank, pharmacy and bus stop can all be found within 5 minutes. The beach is simply a 5 minute drive by car, through the city of Kemer, or can be walked to within 25 minutes. It takes one hour 15 minutes to reach the international airport of Antalya.
