Payment terms and construction process
In order to provide maximum security to you, as our client, we have structured the construction process as follows
- 40% down payment after contract gives you the freehold to the entire land plot
- Further 20% after concrete and shell stage
- Further 20% after windows and internal fittings
- Further 10% after landscaping and final finishes
- Final 10% after registration of habitation and final snags as per contract
