This villa is located within a boutique project consisting of just five homes in total – three are detached and two are semi-detached. Each house has its own swimming pool and gardens that have been strategically designed to ensure maximum privacy.
Ground floor
The villa enters on the ground floor into an open plan designed living room with offset dining area and fitted kitchen. The dining area has space for six people to eat together, while the lounge is light and airy. Sliding doors open from the lounge and dining area to a terrace and swimming pool. First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both of the rooms are double sized and have their own en-suite bathrooms with toilets and walk-in showers. A terrace runs the length of the home and is accessible from both rooms – providing space for sitting and admiring the scenic views.
Attic floor
Upstairs again, the attic floor is home to two bedrooms. This villa has space to sleep four – eight people comfortably. Both bedrooms are double sized and are equipped with en-suite private bathrooms and toilets. A large terrace is accessible and has sweeping views of the mountains and surroundings.
Garden and external details
Outside, a large terrace is accessible from the lounge and kitchen and offers lots of room for sitting and sunbathing. The garden is laid with grass and easy to maintain at all times. At the centre of the garden is a swimming pool for cooling down. A wall surrounds the plot and is accessible via a secure gate. A driveway has room for parking a car.

A residential location meeting all the criteria for those looking to live in Turkey, this villa is found in Gunlukbasi and is just a short walking distance away from shops, restaurants, and supermarkets. Calis Beach and Promenade are minutes away for spending long afternoons at the seaside. Families will find parks, schools, and shopping malls within a ten minute driving radius. Public transport is nearby for moving around the Fethiye region towards landmarks and tourist spots.
