These districts allow buyers to remain close to the core of Istanbul without entering the pricing associated with prime Nişantaşı or waterfront Bosphorus addresses.
Kağıthane has become important in this market. Its position beside Şişli and Levent, combined with Metro connections and extensive Urban Regeneration, has produced a large supply of modern apartment stock within easy reach of major business areas.
