First floor
Upstairs you will find three spacious bedrooms. All rooms are double in size and en-suite, while there is a large en-suite master room. The bedrooms are all tastefully decorated with lovely fittings and furnishings. From all rooms you can access large terraces and balconies with nice views over your vast land and natural landscape.
Mosquito nets are located on all windows and doors, while air conditioning is provided throughout the house.
Water is heated by solar power.
Outside
With over 6000sqm of land, you can imagine that the surrounding areas and gardens are simply beautiful, and they are. Set in a private field with over 200 pomegranate trees planted, the gardens are mature and well landscaped with beautiful grass and greenery.
Central to the garden is a large private swimming pool with lots of space for sunbathing and relaxing. There is a traditional Turkish style Kosk for lounging in shaded areas on a hot day, while a built in barbecue and poolside shower make entertainment in the garden easy.
A large covered patio area is the perfect setting for undertaking in some outside dining under the stars with friends and family.
A carport makes parking vehicles easy, while the property is also well equipped with lots of disabled access and ramped paths.
