The cottage

Built completely from old stone and authentic materials, the cottage is warm during the winter and cool during the summer through natural insulation. Inside you will find one spacious bedroom and one en-suite bathroom, the room has an open plan design to it. 

There is a large living room complete with an original fireplace still working as well as air conditioning installed for the hot summer. The kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with all the equipment needed for a cook cooking session of homemade ingredients and cuisine, while just off the kitchen you will find a dining area. 

Head down a few steps and you will come to The Snug, a comfortable little area with a wood burner. 

While if you head up a few steps you can enjoy the mezzanine level complete with low seating and could even be used as an extra sleeping area if you happen to invite a guest or family member over to stay. 

Outside area

Set within a good sized plot of land, once you head out into the gardens you will notice the endless stretches of natural and green views that seem to last forever. The garden area offers lots of space for sunbathing or walking, and could be used for summer barbecues and whatnot. 

At the front of the house you will find a little chill out area, designed to offer you a good plot to enjoy the sunshine during the day with views peering out over the surrounding mountains and trees. 

Location

Found against a backdrop of mountain and valley views, this is a real escape home for those who are just looking to be at one with themselves. Having said that, if you own a car, you can drive to the nearby Bodrum Town Centre just 7km away where it will feel as though you have been transformed into another part of the world. 

The village of Kizilagac is a nice and peaceful area where you will find a few shops and groceries.
