Ground floor
Entering into the property itself, you will enter immediately into a lobby and hall area where you will find a bathroom and a cloakroom. Coming out of the hallway into a large open plan designed living room where you will find stairs heading upstairs and downstairs. In the lounge is also a cosy log fire and brick fireplace. From the lounge you can enjoy superb panoramic views over the countryside and access the poolside area via French doors. Taking the stairs down to the lower floor is where a further double sized bedroom is located. This room is also an en-suite and has its own access to the outside world, making it possible to use this room as a separate contained apartment. There is a utility room on this floor which used to be a bedroom so could easily be transformed back into bedroom number five.
