The villa

Inside the home you will find three spacious bedrooms, all fitted with air-conditioning and well presented and furnished – the rooms are double in size and could easily sleep 6 people or more. Two of the bedrooms are found on the ground floor, while the master bedroom is on the second floor – two of the rooms are en-suite. All rooms have access to nice sized balconies overlooking the garden and pool area that are furnished with chairs and tables with great views. 

There is a fully fitted lounge area overlooking the poolside area with terrace doors providing easy access to the garden, the lounge is fitted with a TV, games console, and Internet access. There is a safe in the lounge. The kitchen is elegant and a model kitchen, fully equipped with all your needs – oven, hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. Off the kitchen is a dining area where up to six people can enjoy a good family meal together. 

Roof terrace

Leading from the twin room on the second floor, there is a large private roof terrace, Kalkan is famed for fantastic roof terraces and this one certainly matches to that image – superb sea views and equipped with a table and chairs to lounge and watch the sunset over Kalkan. 

Outside area

Surround yourself by the private swimming pool and enjoy the Kalkan sunshine on your back as you sunbathe in luxury surroundings and landscaped gardens full with plants and beautiful views throughout. Around the pool are plenty of sun-loungers and there are parasols that provide shaded areas once the sun gets too strong, there is also a covered patio area fitted with a table and chairs so you can enjoy some outside dining – perhaps a family meal as the sunsets over Kalkan or a nice breakfast as the sun rises in the background. There is also a barbecue installed for al fresco dining and soft chairs with a discreet lighting to set the mood for the evening. 

Rental income

The villa is fully managed by an English maintenance team found within walking distance, currently the villa is used as an investment purchase and is rented out during summer months for a huge income per annum. The current owners have established a website to keep track of rentals and are accepted in many tourist portals for travellers – you could simply take over this and continue the healthy year on year profit if you wanted to.
