FACILITIES & LOCATION
The villa is close to a sandy beach and offers three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms spread out over two floors.
Ground floor
Entering to a nice open plan style living arrangement, the ground floor is light and roomy, giving the impression of lots of space and large windows that allow natural sunlight into the home. There is a lovely living room which moves off to a dining area and kitchen. A terrace off the living room offers views over the poolside area.
A beautiful design feature of this home is the huge glass windows at the front of the home – a nice way to relax in the living room with beautiful views right at your tips stretching from the pool, garden, all the way to the sea.
Lower floor
Down to the lower floor is where the master bedroom is found. This room has access to a private terrace with nice natural views. Also on this floor are a further two double sized bedrooms and a communal bathroom.
Outside area
If you walk out into the gardens you will notice there is lots of space for you to relax and enjoy the warm Turkish weather. The swimming pool is a good size and has uninterrupted views all the way out to the sea – giving you the ideal chance to swim whilst looking out at your very own slice of heaven. There are some trees and plants dotted around the garden to provide some natural shaded areas, and lots of space for children to enjoy the outside weather.
Location
At the end of the road, you will literally be at the water with a sandy beach to lounge on and catch some rays, and some nice restaurants in the area that are popular amongst those who live here. A short 5 minute drive will take you to the village centre where you will find an array of shops and grocery options, as well as lots of activities to keep you entertained.
Gumusluk is a peaceful and quaint area within Bodrum that was once part of the ancient city of Myndos. Offering some historical significance to Turkey, the hillsides around the bay are protected by the government, meaning that you will forever enjoy natural views and will not be at risk of the area being overdeveloped. For this reason, Gumusluk is a great option and favourite destination for expats who are seeking privacy, natural surroundings, and a peaceful lifestyle, yet find themselves within 5 minutes of sandy beaches and close to bustling neighbouring regions.
