Just a short walking distance from the lively resort area of Hisaronu, it is a nice place to be as you can enjoy the frenetic and busy pace of life in Hisaronu before coming home to your own slice of paradise and quiet surroundings in Ovacik.
Ground floor
On the ground floor you will find a lovely kitchen area equipped with all modern utensils and fittings such as: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, and more. Off the kitchen is a nice dining area where you can access the patio and terrace via large doors. In the lounge area there is a large flat scree TV and DVD player and a downstairs communal bathroom. There is a utility area where you will find a washing machine and dryer.
First floor
Up to the first floor there are three spacious bedrooms on this floor, including one en-suite room with double bed, access to a balcony, and fully furnished. There are a further two bedrooms on this floor, both double in size and complete with air conditioning and access to a balcony. Finally, a communal bathroom makes up this floor.
Outside area
Going to the outside area, you can lounge and escape the sun by spending the afternoon under the covered terrace area where you will also find dining facilities making it possible to enjoy delightful meals under the stars with loved ones. In the garden you will find a large private swimming pool inviting you for a daily dip in the water, while the gardens themselves are landscaped and offer lots of space for activities or children to play or for a nice summer barbecue.
Location
Found in a peaceful area of Ovacik, this is the ideal spot for year round living perhaps, a residential area within walking distance to Hisaronu. There are plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants close by, while a short drive or bus journey will take you to the famous Oludeniz beach area within minutes, while the main town of Fethiye is 15 minutes away.
This is a very spacious villa and one that should be taken seriously – all bedrooms could easily accommodate two people at least, and the home itself is fully furnished ready for you to enjoy this summer. The location is idyllic and the design simply gorgeous – overall, we cannot help but love this home and we are sure that you will too.
