Lower floor

Downstairs, the lower floor has its own private entrance. This level features a secondary living room that opens directly to the garden and swimming pool area. There is a kitchenette with fridge in place. Two bedrooms are located on this level – one double room and one twin room. Completing this level is a shower room and utility room. This floor could be used as a guest area if wanted.
