The Villas
All three villas are identical in style and design and sit on their own large 450m2 private plots. The villas are laid out over three floors and comprise of three large bedrooms, an open plan living room complete with fully fitted kitchen. There are four bathrooms one which is usefully located on the lower level, and is perfect for showering straight from the swimming pool before entering the main areas of the home.
The villas also have large terraces that overlook the swimming pool and expertly maintained landscape gardens. All the villas are offered with double glazing, cost effective solar energy heating and various additional storage areas.
Surrounding Area
Set within the hillside of Ovacik with the most spectacular views of both the sea and mountains of Oludeniz. There are many day to day local amenities close by, just a few minutes’ walk and the main town of Fethiye is a short ten minute drive.
Ovacik is a sleepy, idyllic little village that is set back a few kilometres from the coast and really sums up traditional Turkey. As well as Fethiye the lively town of Hisaronu is a short drive and the famous beaches of Oludeniz are also easy to reach in minutes. Although Ovacik is inland there are a number of beaches within driving distance including Gemiler Bay which is located between Fethiye and Oludeniz and is the perfect place for swimming.
Ovacik also makes a great base to be within easy reach of some great historical sites such as Kayakoy the ghost town and the Lycian tombs outside of Fethiye.
There are many activities accessible from Ovacik that you can be guaranteed that there is something for all regardless of age or preference. From cruises to speed boats, Turkish baths to soothing massages, shopping to eating out everything is within reach. Be sure not to miss the annual air games festival packed with all manner of airborne transport with the Turkish air force providing a flying spectacular.
