This villa forms part of a small project consisting of detached villas. Each home has been specifically placed to ensure maximum privacy from one another and has its own garden with swimming pool to enjoy.
Ground floor
The ground floor of the property opens into a spacious living area consisting of a lounge and offset kitchen and dining area. Sliding doors open from the lounge to a terrace, the terrace has a lovely view of the pool and garden. The kitchen is fitted with cabinets and has lots of worktop surfaces. The dining area has room for everyone to gather and eat together.
First floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor where two bedrooms are found. Both bedrooms are master sized and are equipped with their own en-suite private bathrooms with walk-in showers. There is a large balcony ideal for relaxing and admiring a scenic view out across the surrounding nature and greenery.

Garden and external details
The villa is situated within its own private garden offering plenty of space for barbecues and relaxing outside with more than 300 days of sunny weather in Ovacik every year. At the heart of the garden is a swimming pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace. The garden is laid with grass and easy to maintain at all times. A driveway has space for parking a vehicle in a safe position overnight.

Located in a tranquil area of Fethiye, this Ovacik villa enjoys a beautiful view out towards the mountains and is just a short five minute driving distance away from the world famous Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz – perfect for spending afternoons at the seaside with the family. Daily amenities including shops, busy bars, and popular restaurants can all be reached on foot – offering everything needed. Public transport is nearby for moving towards the main town of Fethiye within ten minutes where a large shopping mall, markets, and Fethiye Harbour can be found.
