First floor
Stairs lead up to the first floor where a hallway offers access to three bedrooms. One of the rooms is a large master sized bedroom with its own en-suite private bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms are double sized and share access to a family bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms have private balconies attached for admiring the mountain surroundings.
The villa has been kept in excellent condition by the owners, loved as a year round family home and is ready for new owners to move in and furnish to their own tastes and standards. The house would easily sleep up to six people.
Garden and external details
Outside, the living room terrace leads down to the garden and pool area. The garden is mostly laid with stone and is therefore easy to maintain at all times.
