Downstairs in the basement level you will find a self-contained apartment. This level has its own open plan designed kitchen with white goods, large living room, and spacious bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has its own private terrace with steps leading you to the swimming pool area. This level would be perfect for friends and family coming to visit you in Turkey.

Found within its own private garden, you will enjoy more than 300 days of sunshine in Ovacik each year, and the garden offers several mature trees and plants creating a natural and peaceful environment for spending time outside.
