Ground floor

Entering the villa you will find a modern open plan style design featuring a large living room with cast iron fireplace and double sliding doors giving you direct access to the terrace and garden outside. The living room moves swiftly off to the dining area with room for all the family to eat, while separate from the dining area is the kitchen with spotlight ceiling. There is lots of worktop surfaces and cupboard space in the kitchen. Completing the ground floor is a cloakroom at the entrance.

First floor

Take the stairs to the first floor of the villa where you will find three bedrooms. Two of the rooms are double in size and one has an en-suite bathroom attached with walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a single bedroom. Completing the first floor is a shared family bathroom. All bedrooms enjoy lovely views across the garden and surrounding areas, while private balconies are perfect for relaxing.

Attic floor

Here is where you will find the master bedroom with private bathroom. The room has access to a striking roof terrace that overlooks the garden and pool with beautiful panoramic views across the surrounding mountains.

All bedrooms are bright and airy with large windows and private balconies. Bedrooms are laid with marble flooring, while the general layout of the villa has been constructed with luxury living in mind using only the best available materials.

Garden and external details

As you exit the house you will find a large covered terrace where you can place a table and chairs for alfresco dining come the evenings, along with plenty of room for sofas and cosy seating areas to spend the afternoons in the shade.

Central to the garden is a large private swimming pool with steps giving you easy access to the water; the pool is ideal for cooling off or indulging in a morning swim. Besides the pool there is lots of room to sunbathe and relax on sun loungers.

At the end of the garden there is a garden outhouse conservatory, and completing the external details of the house is a private driveway and parking space.

Location in Ovacik

The villa is located in a small complex in an excellent location close to the heart of Ovacik, set against a stunning backdrop of Babadag Mountain views and pine forest surroundings. A short distance will take you to local shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets for all your daily living needs.

Ovacik is also within walking distance to the lively resort of Hisaronu, ideal for those looking for lots to see and do during the evenings, before heading home to a private and peaceful house in Ovacik.

The famous beach of Oludeniz is just a five minute drive away, while 10 minutes will see you arrive at Fethiye Town centre where you will find shopping malls, Fethiye Harbour, and other larger facilities.
