Opposite Yalikavak marina you will notice a lovely little peninsula called Kudur, this villa sits right on the waterfront meaning that anyone who owns a boat could dock their boat at Yalikavak marina right across the channel from their home – depending on where you place your boat, you could even watch the sunset over Turkey with a long view of your very own boat.
Kudur is known for very calm waters, like a little bay, and is home to several lovely beach clubs – making this a perfect plot for an outdoorsy person, someone who loves the water and someone who loves beaches. There is a hint of exclusivity about Kudur, the bay is very peaceful and quiet and you will not find the wealth of tourists here that you might find in other parts of Bodrum during the summer.
