Ground floor
The villa enters into an expansive living room offset by a dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a central island and is equipped with lots of storage cupboards and worktops. The dining area has space for the entire family. Doors open to the pool and terrace.
First floor
A staircase leads up to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both rooms are double sized and could sleep two people in each. Both bedrooms have en-suite private bathrooms and balconies with picturesque nature views.
Attic floor
Upstairs again, the attic floor offers two further bedrooms. This house could easily sleep the largest of families. Both rooms have en-suite bathrooms and private balconies for sitting and admiring the scenic views in the evening.
Lower ground floor
Downstairs, the lower ground floor offers an indoor swimming pool available to use all year round. There is a relaxing sauna and Turkish Bath on this level. Completing this level is a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Doors open to the lower garden outside.
Garden and external details
Situated within a private plot measuring 500m2, the garden has been split into two levels with the higher level featuring a terrace with swimming pool. Surrounding the pool is lots of room for sunbathing. Stairs lead to the lower level where a landscaped garden is easy to maintain all through the year. Parking is available for several vehicles.

A peaceful and quiet area in Turkey, this villa is found in Ovacik and is just a few minutes away from the village centre offering shops, restaurants, and things to do. Supermarkets and popular bars can be driven to in under ten minutes. The lively resort of Hisaronu is nearby for evenings out with friends. Transportation runs nearby for moving around the region towards the town centre of Fethiye or towards the world famous Blue Lagoon at Oludeniz Beach.
