This villa is located within a private estate consisting of 12 detached homes in total. Each house has been strategically situated for maximum privacy and has its own swimming pool and landscaped gardens. Daily local amenities and necessities can be reached on foot for everything needed.

Ground floor

The villa enters on the ground floor into a spacious living room with offset kitchen and dining area. The dining area has space for ten people to eat together, while the kitchen is equipped with branded white goods and appliances. Doors open from the lounge to a terrace looking out across the pool. Completing this floor is a double sized bedroom and bathroom.

First floor

A staircase leads up to the first floor where two bedrooms are located. Both of the rooms are double sized and have en-suite private bathrooms and walk-in closets. A beautiful terrace is accessible on this level and has room for sitting and unwinding with views heading out across Calis and its natural surroundings.

Second floor

Upstairs again, the second floor of the villa is home to a master-sized bedroom. This room has its own en-suite private bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. There is storage area. A terrace is perfect for spending time with a loved one. In total, this property could easily sleep a family of six – eight people.

The villa exits to a landscaped garden providing room for sunbathing and relaxing. At the centre of the garden is a private swimming pool with offset shaded terrace. The garden is walled, and a driveway has room for parking two vehicles.
