The property is set within the coveted area of Kalkan with the beach just 50 metres away. Kalkan is situated on the south western coast of Turkey and was originally a fishing village. Kalkan is now regarded as a very sophisticated seaside town. With a long promenade that hosts a wealth of chic bars and restaurants. There are still parts of the old town noticeable from the old houses, secluded restaurants and shops that never seem to close!

Kalkan has an idyllic beach which although small offers fabulous facilities with the sandy cove of Kaputas just a ten minute drive and Patara beach slightly further yet only 12km.

The nightlife in Kalkan is more traditional with gypsy bands and roof top wine bars there are a couple of all night clubs set on the outskirts of the village. Shopping is probably the greatest night time activity in Kalkan, where the old streets are lit and shops are open until midnight offering all manner of goods.

Just a 20 minute journey and you will be in Patara, an ancient village that is set in the middle of a national park and well worth the journey.
