Davutlar produces fruits and vegetables with the main industry being the production of olive oil. 

Davutlar was declared a seat of township in 1969 and there has been much work to the town since making it a very up and coming, sought after area. The villa is set in a particularly tranquil part of the town making it an excellent choice of area to reside.
