Akkaya is suitable for year round living for those who enjoy living in peace and quiet; all local amenities and facilities are within easy walking distance away. 

It is a charming community, very family friendly and expat rich – most people who live in Akkaya rarely find a reason to want to leave this little part of paradise in Turkey.
